New Australian Registered Office

From 1 October 2020, Iron Fortune has relocated its Australian operations to 32 Andretti Court, Truganina, Victoria, 3029.

The new premises are also occupied by McLeod Rail and comprise modern offices including boardrooms, laboratories, warehouse and car parking.

Iron Fortune announces A$250,000 capital raising

On 6 October 2014, Iron Fortune announced its first capital raising for A$250,000. The amount raised will be utilised to fund a twelve month programme in Timor-Leste, together with a South Australian geophysical study.

Aug 2014 Visit to Timor-Leste

We undertook an extended visit to Timor-Leste in August and early September 2014. This visit included several trips to regional areas outside Dili – to the eastern-most District of Lautem, including the towns and villages of Los Palos, Com and Tutuala; to Aileu and Maubisse in the centre of Timor-Leste and south of Dili; and to Vermasse, Baucau, Veniale, Ossu and Viqueque east of Dili and south of Baucau, the second city of Timor-Leste. May 2014 Visit to Timor-Leste

Mary Thompson visited Dili in May 2014 to build on the relationships initiated during the February visit. There were opportunities again to visit Tibar Port site and local quarries and to meet owners and operators. We built relationships with locally based contractors and with International Organisations focused on economic development in Timor-Leste.

Feb 2014 Visit to Timor-Leste

In February 2014 we joined a Victorian Employers Chamber of Commerce and Industry Study Tour. Following briefings with Resources Minister Alfredo Pires and Public Works Minister de Sousa, we visited local quarries and projects in the Dili region, including the proposed Tibar Port development. Meetings with resource sector regulatory agencies also took place. Continue reading
